The estimated project magnitude falls between $250,000 and $500,000, consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 guidelines. All on-site workers will be subject to security clearance investigations that may take 30 or more days to complete. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price construction contract, with the work to be performed at the FMC Carswell facility located at 27066 J Street, Building 3000, in Fort Worth, TX. Potential contractors should note that this is a market research notice and may or may not result in an actual solicitation, with the government reserving the right to modify the procurement approach based on the received responses.
