About this opportunity

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking quotations for the repair of Panel Assy, L/G components (NSN: 1560-01-433-5000, Part Number: 713040-1) to be installed on HC-130J aircraft through solicitation 70Z03826QH0000037, issued as a Request for Quotation under FAR Subpart 12.201 for commercial items. Technical acceptability is mandatory for award consideration, with contractors required to provide FAA Form 8130-3/8130-4 airworthiness certification or equivalent USCG-approved documentation, along with a Certificate of Conformance per FAR 52.246-15. The government anticipates awarding on a sole source basis to G.E. The solicitation was posted on February 26, 2026, with the due date for quotations extended to March 17, 2026; however, this solicitation was cancelled as of March 26, 2026.

This is an unrestricted procurement with no set-aside designation, and G.E. Aviation is the anticipated sole source contractor. The USCG intends to order an initial quantity of three panel assemblies, with an option to increase by three additional units (maximum six total) at the same unit price within 365 days of the initial award date under FAR 52.217-6. Pricing must be firm-fixed and held for 120 calendar days from the offer receipt date, with all quotations submitted on the yellow-highlighted pricing worksheet in Attachment 3. Delivery is required on an F.O.B. Destination basis to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, with all shipping, customs duties, and taxes included in quoted prices. The applicable prevailing wage determination is Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-4157 (Revision 30) for Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York, where G.E. Aviation's primary facility is located in Ronkonkoma, New York.
