About this opportunity

The U.S. Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base is conducting market research to identify sources capable of repairing AN/ALQ-131 power supply components for the USAF and foreign Military Sales Partners, with responses due by July 16, 2026. No set-aside has been predetermined; the government will determine contracting strategy based on demonstrated capability.

The procurement covers depot-level repair of five distinct power supply items: Band 3 High Voltage Power Supplies (two variants), RX Processor Power Supply DC Multi-Output, Band 4/5 High Voltage Power Supply, and Band 4 Low Voltage Power Supply. Estimated repair volume is 2–5 units per year per item type. Each item is identified by NSN and part number.

Respondents must demonstrate facility capabilities, past experience on similar projects, classified material handling procedures, technical data generation, repair capacity, depot-level repair experience, configuration management, test and inspection procedures, warranty processes, and technology insertion opportunities. Small businesses are encouraged to participate.

Responses should be directed to Contracting Officer Tommy Royal and Program Manager Johnny Baker. Participation in this market survey does not ensure participation in future solicitations and will not be reimbursed.
