PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete Project 607-14-106 Renovate 3A3C for Ambulatory Care Clinics at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Madison, WI. Work includes, but is not limited to: general construction, demolition, asbestos abatement, alterations, pneumatic tube stations, mechanical and electrical work necessary to renovate approximately 20,000 square feet of space, located on the third-floor A and C-wings. This work is phased construction.



The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on FedBizOpps. There will be a pre-bid conference held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package.



Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database.



The solicitation will be issued on or about 29 September 2017 with the bid opening on or about 31 October 2017. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from FedBizOpps which may be issued to this solicitation. The project magnitude range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220; size standard $36.5 Million applies. Time for completion is 750 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
