Virtual Industry Day Announcement for RPA-SOC Enterprise: 18 Feb 2021, at 1000 hrs - 1500 hrs EST.
The Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) -Squadron Operations Center (SOC) Enterprise Program provides for the sustainment of RPA-SOC mission systems, the operations and maintenance of equipment, and design/development of systems in support of combat lines. It provides critical C2 data, voice inter-connectivity and video relays to enable pilots and sensor operators to fly and control RPA worldwide for Air Combat Command (ACC), Air National Guard (ANG), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Education and Training Command (AETC). This ACC Acquisition Management Integration Center (AMIC) managed program requires RPA satellite communication sites support at Ramstein AB, Germany, and Kadena AB, Japan. - HQ ACC AMIC will be hosting an Industry Day briefing Thursday, 18 Feb 21, in order to share information on the Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) -Squadron Operations Center (SOC) Enterprise requirement and gain Industry knowledge, perspectives, and capabilities. The Air Force is in the requirements and acquisition strategy development phases; therefore, the information from this Industry Day will be used to continue improving this documentation.
