The contract will be structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price structure with a five-year ordering period from March 2, 2026 through March 3, 2031. Contractors will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance, and pricing proposals. Critical deadlines include December 19, 2025 for submission of solicitation questions and January 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time for final proposal submission.
