Work includes stucco repairs, parapet wall restoration, roof cant installation with polyurethane foam encapsulation, site cleanup, and waste disposal in compliance with NEPA Categorical Exclusion requirements, including migratory bird protection, noxious weed management, and desert tortoise protection provisions.
