This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The anticipated date of award, subject to change, is 11/01/2024.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, Solid Waste Disposal, with an industry size standard of $47.0 million and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is S205. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07 effective 9/30/2024.
