About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command's 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, Texas is seeking contractors to repair a shoreline bulkhead supporting a sidewalk that has suffered erosion damage, causing a 4-inch vertical separation that requires stabilization and ADA compliance restoration. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price agreement to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to requirements and is most advantageous to the Government, with evaluation based on lowest price technically acceptable criteria. Critical dates include Base Access Letters due August 1, 2025 at 2:30 PM CST, a mandatory site visit on August 5, 2025 at 9:00 AM CST, questions from the site visit due August 7, 2025 at 3:00 PM CST, and final offers due August 13, 2025 at 2:30 PM CST.
