About this opportunity

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a solicitation for REALTY/TRAC Subscription Services, an online service that provides reliable data on foreclosures, delinquencies, and residential sales. The key objectives are to support evaluations of HUD programs, provide data for mortgage market research, facilitate HUD's reporting, and enable timely responses to inquiries. The contractor must furnish professional, technical, and clerical services to collect and deliver this data, which must cover approximately 95% of U.S. households and include a historical time series back to April 2005 that continues to be updated monthly. Pricing is requested for a base year and four option years, with quotes due by 2:00pm Mountain Daylight Time on November 13, 2024. The procurement uses the NAICS code 531390 Building Inspection Services with a $19.5 million size standard.

This is an unrestricted procurement with no set-aside designation. The government files do not indicate any potential incumbent contractors. While the solicitation does not specify an award value or budget range, it requires the contractor to provide a robust database covering a significant portion of U.S. households over an extended historical period, suggesting a potentially substantial contract value. The place of performance is Washington, DC 20410.
