This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number FA286023Q0009. This procurement is a 100% Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $15M.
All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency.
