The pre-solicitation notice does not specify an award value or detailed budget range for this requirement. The proposed performance period extends for five base years with one five-year option period, running from November 31, 2025 through November 31, 2035, providing a total potential ten-year engagement window. Specific numerical details regarding quantities of assemblies or subassemblies to be repaired are not disclosed in this market research phase. Potential offerors are advised that non-response to this RFI will not preclude participation in any future competitive solicitation if one is released.
