Informational one-on-one sessions will be available for those companies who would like one and whom anticipate submitting a proposal as a Prime Contractor for this requirement. Additionally, tours of the Range facilities will be held on 28 March 2019. Please follow the link below for additional information regarding the Pre-Solicitation Conference and for instructions on how to register for the event. Companies are encouraged to submit written questions and/or comments regarding the Draft RFP by email to the Government points of contact listed below by 12:00 pm, noon, EST, 11 March if you wish to discuss them at the Pre-Solicitation Conference. If your company does not wish for one or more of the submitted questions and/or comments to be released to Industry on FedBizOps as part of a consolidated list due to the proprietary nature of the question(s), please annotate that in your submission of questions/comments. The Government will not answer questions that request the Government to assess a company's approach to meeting the requirements as stated in the Draft RFP.
It is anticipated that the Final RFP will be issued in May 2019 via FedBizOps.
