About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Headquarters is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to assess industry capabilities for providing Customer Service Support services. This pre-solicitation notice seeks to identify qualified sources and gather feedback on a draft Performance Work Statement rather than solicit actual proposals at this time. The opportunity falls under NAICS code 561422 for Telemarketing Bureaus and Other Contact Centers and PSC code R699 for Support-Administrative: Other services. Companies interested in responding must submit their information by August 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time to the designated Contracting Officer Terri Duenas and Contract Specialist Justin Sink via email. All responses must reference RFI Number 36C10G25Q0113 and the project title "VA Customer Service Support" in the email subject line. The government has emphasized that this RFI does not constitute a binding solicitation and reserves the right to determine future acquisition approaches based on the information received.
This opportunity does not include any set-aside designations and is open to all qualified contractors regardless of size or socioeconomic status. The notice does not identify any incumbent contractors or provide specific budget ranges for the potential future procurement. No specific contract values, quantities of services, or detailed performance timelines are disclosed in the current RFI documentation. The government has attached three files including the main RFI document, a draft Performance Work Statement, and RFI questions for industry review and comment. Respondents should note that all submission costs are their responsibility and that materials submitted become government property. The VA maintains that this information-gathering exercise may or may not lead to a formal solicitation depending on the responses received and agency requirements.
