The procurement seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive court reporting services under solicitation number 36C24625Q1185, which falls under NAICS code 561492 (Court Reporting and Stenotype Services) and PSC code R606 (Support-Administrative: Court Reporting). The formal solicitation document will be released on September 24, 2025, and interested contractors must submit their quotes by September 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available exclusively through electronic download from http://www.fbo.gov, with no hard copies provided. Prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to register on the FBO website to receive automatic notifications regarding the solicitation release and any subsequent amendments.

This procurement opportunity is designated as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSBC) set-aside, restricting competition to qualified small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans. The contract structure includes a base period of performance running from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with the potential for four additional option years that could extend the total contract duration to five years. The pre-solicitation notice does not specify contract values, budget ranges, or identify any incumbent contractors currently providing these services. No information is provided regarding the specific quantity of court reporting services required or the expected volume of work across the VISN 6 medical facilities. The notice emphasizes that responses to this pre-solicitation will not be considered as formal proposals and will not result in any contract awards.
