About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 8 (VISN 8) is seeking court reporting services for its facilities across Florida and Puerto Rico through a pre-solicitation notice. The procurement will cover comprehensive court reporting services, requiring contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and related support. The solicitation is for contract number 36C24825Q0161, with responses due by December 27, 2024, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Potential bidders must submit any questions in writing to Victoria Robles (victoria.roblesburgos@va.gov) by December 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST. While specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed in the documents, the contract appears to focus on comprehensive court reporting capabilities across the VISN 8 network.
The contract opportunity is exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 561492 and Product Service Code R606. The solicitation is being managed through the Network Contracting Office 8 at the Orlando VA Healthcare System, indicating a regional focus for service delivery. Specific award values or precise budget ranges were not disclosed in the pre-solicitation documents. The contract appears designed to establish a regional court reporting service capability, potentially for multiple VA facilities within VISN 8. The procurement timeline suggests the contract could commence shortly after the response deadline, with the notice indicating it will be archived 60 days after the response date, which implies a relatively near-term procurement process.
