Contractors must possess a minimum of five years' experience in backflow preventer repair, testing, and certification and be certified as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. All work must be completed within 15 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed during standard business hours, with contractors responsible for debris disposal and site cleanliness while complying with OSHA safety regulations. Prevailing wage rates established by Department of Labor Wage Determination 2015-5147 for Harrison County, Mississippi apply to this contract. Contractors must submit required reports and forms to the Mississippi State Health Department and provide a minimum of two copies to the Plumbing Shop Supervisor upon completion.
