About this opportunity
The Government Publishing Office is soliciting proposals for Quick-Schedule Copying Services (R-1), a contract for comprehensive copying and printing support services. The contractor must provide rapid turnaround copying operations including black and color copying, carbonless form production, poster creation, binding, laminating, addressing, and related services. Key qualifications include the ability to produce up to 80,000 total copies from multi-page publications within a 24-hour period to meet contract performance requirements, and the contractor must furnish their own vehicle and employees for pickup and delivery of all materials. The solicitation was posted on April 13, 2026, with proposals due by April 29, 2026, providing potential bidders with a 16-day response window. Complete specifications are available at the Government Publishing Office's vendor website.
This opportunity carries no set-aside designation and is open to all eligible contractors. The contract requires the vendor to maintain digital mailing address databases, perform various finishing operations such as inserting materials into binders, padding, drilling, folding, and addressing of printed pieces, and manage all logistics for material transport using contractor-owned resources. The contract falls under NAICS Category 323 (Printing and Related Support Activities) and PSC Category T011 (Photo/Map/Print/Publication-Print/Binding). While specific award values and incumbent contractor information are not detailed in this solicitation notice, the scope of services and rapid-turnaround capability requirements suggest a significant operational commitment. Detailed specifications regarding quantity requirements, specific performance timelines, and other contractual terms should be reviewed on the Government Publishing Office's official contracting portal.
