The contract requires the successful bidder to supply a CryoCare CS or Cryo 20 unit, disposable probes, ultrasound equipment, and a trained technician to perform urology cryosurgical procedures. Evaluation will be based on past performance, with a detailed survey assessing compliance, technical expertise, scheduling, and patient privacy across nine key performance areas. The contract is a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a minimum guarantee of $10,000 and a maximum potential value of $500,000 over its five-year period of performance from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2030. The VA estimates approximately 12 procedures per year, with services to be provided during normal operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). A standby fee of 50% of the total procedure cost will be charged for cases not cancelled within 24 hours, except when multiple same-day cases are involved.
