The contracting office intends to award a single, fixed-price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract to Guardian Pharmacy of Tennessee, DBA East Tennessee Pharmacy Services. Through market research conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, the agency determined that only one responsible source can provide the required services. The solicitation number is 36C24926Q0088, with a Product Service Code of Q517 (Pharmacy Services) and NAICS Code 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing). Interested parties must submit evidence of their business size and socio-economic status by January 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time to demonstrate that competition would be advantageous to the government, though this is not a competitive solicitation and no award will be made based on responses received. Respondents must provide clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that includes their business classification (small or large business, disadvantaged status, hub zone certification, woman-owned status, or SDVOSB/VOSB certification), a valid UEI number, and confirmation of current SAM.gov registration. All responses must be directed to Contract Specialist Ramona Bonness at ramona.bonness@va.gov, with no phone calls accepted.
