This is an unrestricted commercial item procurement issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 70Z03826QL0000072, open to all responsible sources. Offerors must demonstrate clear traceability to The Timken Corporation as the original equipment manufacturer and provide documentation of authorized distributor status, along with a Certificate of Conformance in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15. The deadline for submission of quotations is February 13, 2026, with a 60-calendar-day period for offer acceptance from the specified receipt date.
This procurement carries no small business set-aside designation and represents an unrestricted competitive opportunity. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. While no specific budget range is provided in the solicitation notice, the requirement encompasses 100 units with a delivery requirement of 322 days after receipt of order, though early and partial deliveries are acceptable. All supplies must be delivered to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, with F.O.B. destination or origin pricing terms and electronic invoicing required. Offerors must maintain active status in the System for Award Management (SAM) and comply with extensive federal requirements including security prohibitions, foreign entity restrictions, and quality assurance standards specific to aircraft-related products.
