About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy (DON) Strategic Systems Programs has published a Special Notice regarding the de-obligation and closeout of Contract N00030-05-C-0044. The DON intends to de-obligate and close contracts that have $100,000 or less in unliquidated obligations and no disbursements in the last 365 days or more.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to allow the DON to de-obligate and close out the contract with the vendor, who has an unliquidated balance of $6,407.90. The vendor must either agree that the outstanding balance can be de-obligated in full or complete a "Vendor Contract Retention Worksheet" to justify retaining any portion of the balance. If the vendor does not respond within 30 calendar days of the posting date, the DON will proceed with de-obligating and closing the contract. There are no set-aside requirements or eligibility criteria for this contract closeout process.
