This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-02, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS) Change 01/03/2025 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) dated 10/16/2024.


This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a).
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 711130 with a size standard of $15M.
The purpose of this solicitation is for the procurement of protestant music director services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please review attachment 2 for price schedule/CLIN structure and attachment 3 for evaluation factors for award.
