This pre-solicitation notice announces the agency's intent to extend the current contract on a non-competitive basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The services fall under NAICS code 561612 (Security Guards and Patrol Services) and PSC code S206 (Housekeeping-Guard). No evaluation criteria are specified since this is a non-competitive extension rather than an open competition. The notice was posted on September 17, 2025, with a due date of September 30, 2025, though no request for proposals will be issued as this is a sole-source procurement.
This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designations and is available to all contractors. The contract extension will run from October 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026, providing approximately four months of armed security services. While the current contractor is not specifically named in the notice, the language indicates an existing contractor will receive the extension. No contract values or budget ranges are disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice. The Justification and Approval document supporting this non-competitive procurement requirement will be made publicly available on SAM.gov within 14 days following contract award.
