About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command is seeking to award a sole source, 132-day Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level-of-Effort "Bridge" contract to CACI Technologies LLC for Project Execution and Deck-plate Effectiveness Support for Naval Ship Maintenance. The key objectives are to provide support for NAVSEA's LEAN Process/Performance Improvement initiatives, Project Management National Value Stream directive, Industrial Operations Management Office support, Coaching and Mentoring for Deck-plate Project Teams, Environmental, Safety and Health program support, and other miscellaneous support related to naval ship maintenance and industrial operations. The contract includes task areas for program management, LEAN process innovation, project management training, broader community workforce development, and deck plate coaching/mentoring. The solicitation has a due date of October 2, 2024.
This procurement will not be set aside and is being awarded on a sole source basis to CACI Technologies LLC, the incumbent contractor, under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) to avoid an unacceptable delay in services due to a protest on the follow-on task order award. The estimated contract value is $8,198,575. The work will be performed at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC over the 132-day period of performance.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, intends to utilize other than full and open competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), to award a sole source Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee, Level-of-Effort "Bridge" contract to CACI Technologies LLC.
This effort will include a 132-day period of performance.
Any amendment(s) issued to this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. No telephone requests.
