About this opportunity

The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center issued a notice of intent to award a sole-source basic ordering agreement call to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage Code 78286) for MH-60T aircraft replacement components, with quotations due by 2:00 P.M. EDT on October 13, 2026. This is a restricted, non-competitive procurement under FAR 12.102(a); Sikorsky is the original equipment manufacturer and sole source for the required technical data and drawings. The procurement covers six line items totaling 28 units across aircraft structural and electrical components—straps, battery box assemblies, beams, tube assemblies, fairings, and web assemblies—required for routine maintenance due to failures, corrosion, and damage. All items are approved by the USCG Aircraft Configuration Control Board for MH-60T operation. Delivery is requested within 200 days after receipt of order, with early shipment encouraged at no additional cost. FOB point is origin; inspection and acceptance will be performed at origin by the Defense Contract Management Agency. Although styled a notice of intent, the Coast Guard will consider quotations from all responsible sources submitted to Riley.A.Ayers@uscg.mil and mrr-procurement@uscg.mil with solicitation number 70Z03826QJ0000283 in the subject line, with award based on fair and reasonable pricing at the Government's sole discretion.
