About this opportunity

The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center intends to award a sole-source basic ordering agreement call to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage Code 78286) under existing agreement SPE4A1-22-G-0005 for mount assembly components, with the response deadline extended to October 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.

The procurement is for 10 units of a mount assembly (NSN 1560-01-HS2-1302, Part Number 70203-22100-042) required as replacement items during routine maintenance of MH-60T aircraft. The Coast Guard invokes FAR 12.102(a)—only one source available—citing Sikorsky's status as original equipment manufacturer with exclusive ownership of technical data, specifications, and drawings. No substitute items are approved for the MH-60 helicopter, and the Coast Guard lacks rights to alternative technical documentation. The requirement is unrestricted with the small business set-aside dissolved. NAICS 336413 applies with a size standard of 1,250 employees; PSC is 1560.

Delivery is requested within 200 days after receipt of order, with early shipments encouraged at no additional cost. F.O.B. is Origin; inspection and acceptance will be performed at origin by the Defense Contract Management Agency. Although this is a sole-source notice of intent, all responsible sources may submit quotations to Cindy.K.Harmes@uscg.mil and mrr-procurement@uscg.mil with solicitation number 70Z03826QJ0000361 in the subject line. Award will be made upon determination of fair and reasonable pricing at the government's sole discretion.
