About this opportunity
The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center's Medium Range Recovery Procurement Division intends to award a sole-source call under Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A1-22-G-0005 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286), with responses due by 2:00 P.M. EST on November 30, 2026. The requirement carries no set-aside: the small business set-aside has been dissolved, and the requirement is unrestricted under NAICS 336413 (1,250-employee size standard) and PSC 1560.
The Coast Guard seeks four mount assemblies (NSN 1560-01-HS2-1302, Part Number 70203-22100-042) listed in Attachment 1. Attachment 2 is the redacted justification under FAR 12.102(a), which rests on Sikorsky's status as the original equipment manufacturer, since Sikorsky owns the technical data, specifications, and drawings and holds exclusive production techniques, and the Government holds neither. Delivery is requested within 200 days after receipt of order, with early shipment encouraged at no additional cost. Terms are F.O.B. Origin, with inspection and acceptance at origin by DCMA.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation package will be issued. Interested sources may submit quotations to Riley.A.Ayers@uscg.mil and mrr-procurement@uscg.mil with 70Z03827QJ0000018 in the subject line. The Government may decide not to compete the procurement based on responses, and award will be made upon determination of fair and reasonable pricing.
