About this opportunity
The United States Coast Guard, Aviation Logistics Center, Medium Range Recovery Procurement Division issued a Notice of Intent to award a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement call to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286) for MH-60T helicopter replacement parts, with quotation deadline 2:00 P.M. EDT on September 4, 2026. This procurement is restricted to a single source under FAR 12.102(a) due to Sikorsky's exclusive ownership of technical data, specifications, and drawings required for manufacture; the requirement is otherwise unrestricted, with no small business set-aside.
The USCG seeks five support components (NSN 1560-01-HS1-7023, Part 70207-22202-115), five pan assemblies (NSN 1560-01-HS1-4559, Part 70207-06051-115), and ten clips (NSN 5340-01-HS2-8797, Part 70209-82547-113) for routine maintenance addressing failures, corrosion, and damage. Items are approved by the Aircraft Configuration Control Board and require unique production techniques and sophisticated testing available only from the OEM. Delivery is requested by December 30, 2026, with a maximum lead time of 200 days after receipt of order; early shipments are encouraged at no additional cost. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at origin by the Defense Contract Management Agency. All responsible sources may submit quotations to Tiffany.R.Cherry2@uscg.mil and mrr-procurement@uscg.mil with solicitation number 70Z03826QJ0000273 in the subject line. Award will be made upon fair and reasonable pricing determination, and the Government retains discretion to compete the procurement based on responses received.
