This is a Notice of Intent to Award, not a Request for Quotations, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b). The NCI intends to award a single source purchase order to Autogen Inc. for maintenance services on a government-owned GENEPREP with Stacker automated DNA isolation machine. The objective of this procurement is to secure annual preventive maintenance services for the GENEPREP instrument used by the Experimental Immunology Branch for daily laboratory operations involving plasmid and genomic DNA isolation. The contract period of performance runs from March 23, 2026, through March 22, 2027, and will include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for preventive maintenance conducted according to the manufacturer's standard practices.
