About this opportunity

The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 4 is seeking to lease office space in Cary, North Carolina. The space requirements are for a minimum of 21,999 square feet of ABOA space, with 44 total parking spaces. The lease term is for 5 years, with a firm term of 5 years. The offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Expressions of interest are due by April 19, 2024, with a market survey estimated for the same date and occupancy estimated for September 18, 2024.

This is not a set-aside procurement. The current incumbent's lease is expiring, and the government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The government will consider the availability of alternative space that can satisfy its requirements, as well as the costs associated with relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
