The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals to restore 65 acres of native prairie at the Garrison Bay Wildlife Area in Riverdale, North Dakota. Services will include prescribed burning, mowing, raking, spraying, tilling, seeding, and maintenance using the specified seed mix. Proposals are due April 22, 2021 and must meet the requirements outlined in performance work statement W9128F21Q0026. Evaluation will be based on technical qualifications, past performance, and price/cost.

The Government is issuing a solicitation for Prairie Restoration at Garrison Dam/ Garrison Bay Wildlife Area Project, Riverdale, North Dakota.  The solicitation will close on 22 April 2021.   The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.   

Project Description: 

This is a non-personal services contract to provide prairie restoration and reconstruction practices. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, burning, mowing, haying, raking, spraying, harrowing, light disking, seeding, drilling and maintenance of the proposed site.  The Performance Work Statement and Summary Sheet will provide further details.

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 813312, Environment, Conservation and Wildlife Organizations, with a size standard for Small Business of $16.5 Million
