The requirement has been set aside for total small business concerns. An estimated 258 standard portable toilets, 68 handicap units, and 57 hand washing stations may be needed across 11 scheduled events annually, totaling 80 unit servicing days and 28 delivery and pick up days. Most events require support from 2 to 5 days. Weekly cleaning would be requested for units in place over one week. Performance will take place in the Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington D.C. area.
