About this opportunity
The Air Force Reserve Command is conducting a virtual industry day on 25 June 2026 to conduct market research and solicit feedback on a draft Statement of Objectives for the POM Strategic Prioritization Training and Tool requirement; this event is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to contract or issue a solicitation. Interested parties must register by 3 June 2026 at 1500 EST, limited to three representatives per company, and may submit advance questions by 11 June 2026 at 1500 EST. The event will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams from 0900 to 1100 EST and will cover opening remarks, a Statement of Objectives overview, and a question-and-answer session. AFRC seeks a data-driven tool to support senior leaders' programming decisions within the Program Objective Memorandum process by evaluating and prioritizing strategic assets, ensuring data quality and hygiene, assigning defendable value to tangible and intangible assets, eliminating bias through transparent statistical models, and providing training and sustainment to Government personnel. The solution must comply with CMMC Level 2 security requirements, maintain active SECRET clearances, integrate with Air Force enterprise systems, support DevSecOps guidelines, meet Section 508 accessibility standards, and ensure the Government retains Government Purpose Rights to all source code, algorithms, data models, and architectural designs. Performance will occur at the contractor's facility, HQ AFRC at Robins Air Force Base Georgia, and the Pentagon. Question transcripts, Government responses, and the attendance roster will be published to SAM.gov following the event.
