This project is for design and construction of three (3) new training facilities (two-stories each) design to simulate a city hall, a residence, and a laboratory for the Special Operations Forces (SOF) at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. In order to provide a variety of training environments for the students to experience, the city hall simulation building should contain multiple office settings; the residential simulation building should include multiple bedroom dwelling spaces; and the laboratory simulation building should include multiple laboratory settings. Low Impact Development features will be included in the design and construction of this project as appropriate. Supporting facilities include site development, a gravel access road, electric utilities and connections, water connection, storm drainage, and other site improvements. These facilities will be used by military able-bodied soldiers. This project will be designed and constructed in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria, Installation Architectural Compatibility Plan, other applicable Department of Defense (DoD) criteria, Army regulations, and applicable U.S. Federal environmental laws and regulations. ----------------------------------------------------------Amendment 0001- Extends the proposal due date to 31 October 2024. - Extends the submission of bidder inquiries to 21 October 2024.- Provide site visit sign-in sheet.- Provides the following documents as requested in bidder inquiries: SIM 6 photos, SIM 7 photos, CCTV monitoring room location, and Mechanical Cutsheets. - Adds FAR clause 52.223-23 Sustainable Products and Services.----------------------------------------------------------Amendment 0002 - Extends the proposal due date to 12 November 2024. - Provides the following documents: Technical Summary of Changes; RTA Specification Section Updates; and Additional Staging Area map.----------------------------------------------------------
