Key contract requirements include developing and implementing a comprehensive PM program designed to minimize system breakdowns and maximize equipment useful life, as well as performing timely service orders for equipment upgrades, updates, and repairs. The opportunity is classified under NAICS code 561210 for Facilities Support Services and Product Service Code Z1JB for Maintenance of Testing and Measurement Buildings. The contract will be structured as a Firm Fixed Price agreement, with the primary location of work being Building YSK-A47. Contractors will need to demonstrate capability to provide comprehensive maintenance services for pump test bench systems, with an emphasis on proactive preventative maintenance and rapid response to service requests. The geographic specificity and specialized technical requirements suggest this will be a targeted procurement with potentially limited competition due to the unique location and technical certifications required.
