About this opportunity
Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, operating under Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC, is soliciting price proposals for 257 Series CT Coolpoint Vortex Shedding Flow Meters with temperature capability (equivalent to Dwyer Part Number CT8-M1T1C1-W1) to support the Proton Improvement Plan II accelerator upgrade, with proposals due August 31, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. CDT and questions due August 21, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. CDT. This is an unrestricted acquisition with no set-asides.
Place of performance is Fermilab in Batavia, Illinois. Each meter must feature a 1-inch female NPT connection with brass body construction, operate within a 10–50 GPM flow range, require 24VDC power input, and deliver a 4–20 mA output signal through one M12 connector with a 20:1 turndown ratio, per specification ED0048825.
The NAICS code is 334513 (Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Award will be lowest price technically acceptable, based on meeting minimum technical requirements and past performance. Pricing must be firm-fixed-price in USD, valid for 90 days, submitted via Exhibit F, with FOB Destination delivery to Fermilab by September 25, 2026, including all shipping costs.
