All equipment and materials must be new rather than refurbished, and installation must comply with current TIA telecommunication standards and base installation requirements. The solicitation deadline is August 18, 2025, though some documents reference an earlier July 28 deadline, and quotes must be submitted by 12:00 PM Mountain Time.

This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) with a size standard of $19.0 million. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order to a single contractor, with the government intending to award both Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) under one award. Work will be performed at Peterson Space Force Base (listed as CHEY MTN AFB) in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
