Army Contracting Command-New Jersey-Warfighter Support currently has a requirement for Pest Management services to be conducted at Ft. Devens, Massachusetts and The Barnes Building, Boston, Massachusetts. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide the required pest control services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
The period of performance for this requirement will be one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The Product Service Code for the requirement is S207, Housekeeping - Insect/Rodent Control. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS 561710 (Exterminating and Pest Control Services). The small business size standard for this NAICS is $11,000,000.00.
This pre-solicitation notice is provided for informational purposes only and is Not to be considered a request for quote. The actual solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps (FBO) on or about 25 April, 2017. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, CAGE code, and register in System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS or CAGE and register in SAM may result in the delay of the award of a contractor or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
