Set Aside: The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted per Stewardship Authority.

This solicitation and any resultant contract is a stewardship project in accordance with Section 323 of Public Law 108-7 (16 U.S.C. 2104 Note, as revised February 28, 2003 to reflect sec. 323 of J.J. This project includes road maintenance, approximately 591 acres of non-commercial thinning and fuels treatment, approximately 1245 ccf of sawlogs, and approximately 3879 ccf of green convertible biomass. The final advertisement will contain all requirements related to service work and product removal.

This project is located on lands administered by the La Grande Ranger District of the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. Vicinity maps showing project locations and access are attached and made part of this contract. All township and range locations are predicated upon the Willamette Base Meridian.
