About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is seeking contractors to provide a firm fixed-price, one-time commercial service requirement for the interior repaint of Modular Building B-49 located at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The contractor shall furnish all necessary tools, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, transportation, travel, and labor to prepare, repair, clean, prime, and paint the interior of the 8-room modular building, including removing partitions and performing associated tasks, documentation, and clean-up. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror based on meeting the stated requirements. Offers are due by November 4, 2024.
This procurement is set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). The modular building is currently being used as office space for the 561st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron's F-15 Planners. The period of performance is from November 4, 2024 to December 19, 2024. This is a full and open, one time commercial service requirement for modular building interior repaint where the Contractor shall provide tools, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, transportation, travel, and labor as necessary to provide the on-site Modular Building Interior Repaint - B-49/Southeast (SE) which shall include the necessary prep/repair/cleaning/priming/painting, removal of partitions, any associated tasks, documentation, clean-up, warranty.The modular building (previously known as a “Med Stop” facility) is stationed on the flightline and will be utilized for office space (8 large rooms) to accommodate 561st AMXS F-15 Planners currently stationed in temporary offices outside the flightline area at the southeast end of bldg. 49 first floor to support the 402nd Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) at Robins AFB. Awardee will be selected based on meeting requirements and lowest price. Please review all attachments.
Evaluation: It also has to be determined to be Technically Acceptable in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 23 July 2024 of this requirement and offers the lowest, reasonable Total Evaluated Price (TEP).
