This is a notice for all interested parties to perform a site visit concerning the procurement of the “PAINT ROOMS IN MODULAR OFFICE IN B-49” at Robins Air Force Base, GA 31098.
NOTE: COSTS INCURRED ARE AT THE INTERESTED PARTY’S EXPENSE. THE
GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY ANY ASSOCIATED COSTS WITH THE SITE VISIT.
All interested parties should utilize the following information to communicate their intent to attend and should contact the Government Point of Contact (POC) at least a week prior to the scheduled visit:

The date and time scheduled for the site visit is Tuesday, OCTOBER 1st, 2024, at 08:30 AM EST. This will be a two-hour visit. The first hour of the visit will be walking the site while the second hour will consist of discussions in a conference room concerning the requirement. Questions and answers that arise from this site visit will be posted prior to or along with the release of the RFQ/RFP. This will be the only time block available.
Please provide the full names of all visitors that intend on coming to the sessions at least by the Friday before arrival. Visitors should bring their driver’s license, proof of vehicle registration, and proof of vehicle insurance (rental’s only need to provide the rental agreement). Will have to agree to a background check ((no felony convictions) and (no weapons)) on person or in the vehicle.
All interested parties need to be at Robins Air Force Base Visitor’s Center no later than 07:00 AM EST on Tuesday, OCTOBER 1st, 2024.
