About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force at Joint Base Andrews is seeking to award at least two blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for navy-blue Dickies uniform items specifically for the Presidential Airlift Group (PAG). The procurement includes uniform tops and bottoms designed to maintain operational distinction from outside organizations during mission performance both within and outside hangar facilities. The government intends to establish firm-fixed price BPAs with orders placed on an as-needed basis through individual task orders, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. Vendors must provide pricing for all line items to be considered responsive, and pricing may be adjusted annually with Contracting Officer approval. The solicitation deadline is August 6, 2025, no later than 4:30 PM, with responses due by that date.
This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 315210 (Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors). Historical spending data indicates approximately $3,000 over three years, suggesting a relatively modest contract value with sporadic ordering patterns. The BPA is open to all responsible vendors regardless of geographic location, though deliveries will primarily be made to ZIP code 20762 with the government reserving the right to specify alternate delivery locations. Performance will be centered at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, with the specific requirement to maintain consistency with listed brands, primarily Dickies and Condor products. The solicitation includes detailed salient characteristics and pricing lists to guide vendor responses, with some flexibility allowed for certain items like gaiters and watch caps while maintaining strict brand requirements for most uniform components.
