About this opportunity

The Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center is issuing a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a nationwide network of mental health services and programming for federal wildland fire personnel and dispatchers. The required services include psychotherapy, call center operations, crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluations, training development, and onsite clinician services. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance, small business participation, and price, with price being the least important factor. Proposals are due by October 16, 2024, and the government intends to award a single IDIQ contract with a maximum ceiling value of $30,000,000.

The solicitation is not set-aside, allowing all business sizes to compete. However, the government may make an award to other than the lowest-priced offeror. The services are required across all U.S. states and territories, with an estimated 20,000 federal wildland firefighters and 2,000 dispatchers as the target population. The period of performance will be a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, from December 6, 2024, to December 5, 2029.
