Question NumberQuestionsReference (paragraph/section/page)Responses
1Would you kindly confirm if this is an entirely new effort or is there an incumbent currently providing these services? If so, would you please provide the incumbent contract details? This is a new effort.
2We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.
If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?See response to Question 1.
3The PWS in Section 2 (Scope) states immediately after Table 1 on pg 4, "This contract encompasses the development and delivery of all resources, personnel, materials, processes, training, equipment, and technology required to provide the wildland fire workforce with the following services." In our response to the market research we highlighted how our commercial firefighter wellness/peer support mobile app could be configured to deliver content and resources to wildland firefighters, and the fact that as a native mobile app these tools/resources would be available to users in areas with little or no internet access. There does not appear to be any requirement for delivery of a mobile app as part of this contract. Could the government please clarify what is meant by the use of the term "technology" in the sentence cited above? What "technology" is the vendor expected to provide as part of this effort?Technology in the context of this solicitation are tools to facilitate the delivery of services as outlined in the PWS, including but not limited to self-scheduling option and online provider search capabilities for the user.

7The Offeror shall provide information demonstrating how they will meet the requirement for in-person services within 30 miles of a wildland fire personnel’s duty station to include U.S. and U.S. Territory locations. Is the Department interested in an integrated EAP and MHSUD offering to cover the comprehensive needs of employees and more seemlessly manage transitions or multiple episodes/casaes/concerns across categories?PWS page 9There is an exisiting EAP vendor.
