This procurement is set aside for total small business.

Services must comply with OSHA, ASME, Department of the Air Force Manual 91-203, and ANSI standards plus manufacturer specifications. All technicians must be qualified persons with formal training and deep working knowledge of applicable standards.
Core performance obligations include annual preventive maintenance inspections (coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative at least 72 hours in advance), quadrennial functional and operational load testing at 100–125 percent of designated rated capacity, and service call repairs. Emergency calls require on-site response within four hours and repair commencement within 24 hours; non-emergency service calls require response within two business days. Preventive maintenance results must be documented and provided to the COR within five business days. Repairs exceeding $3,000 require formal Contracting Officer authorization. Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
