This sole-source procurement requires a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract covering a five-year period structured as five one-year ordering periods, with quantities ranging from 1-270 units per Contract Line Item Number depending on the specific stator variant. Offerors must be qualified and approved sources in accordance with FAR 52.209-1 Qualification Requirements before being considered for award, with Source Approval Requests encouraged to be submitted as soon as possible through DoD SAFE. The government will award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with evaluation conducted under FAR Part 15 Contract by Negotiation policies. The solicitation closes on August 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM CDT, with electronic submission procedures required and no paper copies available.

The contract will utilize an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity structure with minimum and maximum quantities specified for each line item, supporting the overhaul of nickel alloy compressor vane assemblies used in directing compressed air through the F100-PW-229 engine's high-speed compressor. Performance will occur at contractor facilities, with overhauled items ultimately delivered to the DLA Distribution Depot at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The contract includes comprehensive reporting requirements through seven Contract Data Requirements Lists covering areas such as government property inventory, production reports, surge capability analysis, and commercial asset visibility. Contract funding is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds, and the procurement authority is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) for supplies available from limited sources.
