About this opportunity
The Department of Labor, on behalf of the Employment and Training Administration's Office of Job Corps, is seeking proposals for career technical training services and support for Building Construction Trades programs at multiple Job Corps Centers. The services are required for a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, and will be awarded as a fixed-price incentive fee firm target contract. Eligible vendors must provide technical and price proposals by May 26, 2023, and past performance will be evaluated. An amendment clarified there will be two cost-reimbursement contract line items for the base year and each option year.
There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. The NAICS code is 611519 and PSC code R699. Performance will take place at Job Corps Centers across the United States over five program years. The budget is estimated to support training for quantities consistent with historical levels. An amendment provided answers to vendor questions but did not extend the response deadline of May 26, 2023.
