About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals for an Open Mission System Architecture hardware and software solution capable of integration on air or ground vehicles, as well as a Command and Control System Solution. The United States Special Operations Command is soliciting these solutions to support mission systems and command and control for Army Special Operations Aviation Command's Unmanned Aerial Systems Branch. Proposals will be evaluated on a go/no-go basis to determine if minimum capability standards are met. Questions are due by February 24, 2023 and proposals are due on the same date.

The contract has a potential value between $2,500 and $49 million over five years. The initial task order requires delivery of five core open mission system architecture kits within 12 months and provides program management, integration and testing support, and sustainment services for one year.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is available electronically on this website only. Fax, telephone, written, or email requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in accordance with Section L, paragraph L.1.5 of this RFP. Questions submitted in response to this RFP shall be sent no later than Friday, February 24, 2023, by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern), utilizing the template included at Section J, Attachment 7 of this RFP. Any questions received after this date may not be answered prior to the proposal due date listed for this RFP.
