Minimum Capability Standard Comments Go No Go

1. Does Offeror's solution provide an Open Mission System Architecture (OMSA, hardware and software) for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)?

2. Does the Offeror's solution provide a Command and Control (C2) System Solution (expeditionary mission interface)?

3. Is the proposed OMSA solution capable of being integrated on an air or ground vehicle?

4. Is the proposed OMSA solution currently integrated, tested, qualified, and produced?

5. Is the proposed C2 solution currently integrated, tested, qualified, and produced?

PHASE I Evaluation Go / No Go Checklist

Rating

PHASE I, Minimum Capability Standard: All proposals received will be evaluated as part of Phase I. The Phase I evaluaution will determine if the Offeror’s solution satisfies the minimum capability standard identified in RFP Section L, paragraph L.2.1 Volume 1, Section 3. The evaluation will rate proposals using this Go/No Go Checklist. Any "No Go" rating below constitutes an overall "No Go" for the Phase I evaluation.

Offeror’s whose proposal Volume I receives a “Go” rating based evaluation on the Minimum Capability Standard will move into Phase II. Offerors whose proposal Volume I is evaluated with a “No Go” rating on the Minimum Capability Standard will be excluded from further evaluation in Phase II and will be sent an unsuccessful offeror letter in accordance with FAR 15.503(a)(1)
